Appointments:
Appointments can be scheduled online 24/7, or by phone. The best way to book an appointment is with our 24/7 online scheduling system unless your requested time is unavailable online. We do not accept appointments by e-mail or social media. A non-refundable deposit is REQUIRED to secure your appointment. Your deposit goes towards the total amount of your service.

Appointment Arrivals:

Please arrive only 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time makeup free. This allows new clients to go over the documents needed to sign off before your first appointment. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your service. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will be charged the full cost of the service.

Party of 1 Please:

No guests are allowed with the client.

Cancellations/Rescheduling & Late Arrivals:
A minimum of 24 hours is required to reschedule/cancel a booked appointment without penalty.

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out by email once an appointment is booked (and can be added to your phone calendar), as well as 48 hours prior to the appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, or no show your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee. This is for the protection of your time that I set aside and give full attention to you as well as my time for others who would want that scheduled time.

After Hours Appointments:
We understand that an appointment may be needed at the last minute outside of business hours. Appointments before/after hours will be an additional $50 on top of the service price.

Refunds:
There are no refunds for any reason on service or products. You are paying for the service as well as the time. If you are not satisfied with a service you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concern and if the issue is due to the application or a product, a complimentary touch up will be done. Concerns addressed after that time, or if you were unable to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price accordingly.
